SCD Cream Cheese Frosting
The healthy cream cheese frosting you’ve always wanted for your delicious desserts!
IBD-AID phase 1
You’ll need …
- 1 pack Farmer’s Cheese (no salt added), 7.5 oz. 
- 1/4 c SCD yogurt, plus ~2 Tbsp for added tartness and creaminess 
- 6 Tbsp butter, room temperature 
- 2 Tbsp honey 
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 
What to do …
- Add all ingredients in a high speed blender. 
- Continue to add SCD yogurt as needed. 
- Taste, add more honey if you prefer it sweeter 
- Continue to blend until completely smooth. The farmer’s cheese will initially make the frosting a bit grittier but the SCD yogurt will give it a smooth and soft texture. 
- Place frosting into the fridge to firm up a bit.
