SCD Cream Cheese Frosting
The healthy cream cheese frosting you’ve always wanted for your delicious desserts!
IBD-AID phase 1
You’ll need …
1 pack Farmer’s Cheese (no salt added), 7.5 oz.
1/4 c SCD yogurt, plus ~2 Tbsp for added tartness and creaminess
6 Tbsp butter, room temperature
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
What to do …
Add all ingredients in a high speed blender.
Continue to add SCD yogurt as needed.
Taste, add more honey if you prefer it sweeter
Continue to blend until completely smooth. The farmer’s cheese will initially make the frosting a bit grittier but the SCD yogurt will give it a smooth and soft texture.
Place frosting into the fridge to firm up a bit.
